All Clear!

Results came back as a clean scan, so all clear. Needless to say, we were very happy with the results. So I'll go back in another 6 months for another scan. Keep your fingers crossed :)

The story of Todd's Terrible Tumor

This is the story of Todd's Terrible Tumor. On August 16, 2012 I was told that I have cancer. I found the tumor as I was lying in bed and could feel it in my lower right abdomen. I had a doctor's appointment already scheduled, so asked about it at that time. Numerous tests and doctor's visits later, they told me it was a rare cancer called retroperitoneal sarcoma. The treatment plan consists of 5.5 weeks of radiation and then surgery in December at the University of Washington Medical Center. This is the journal of my journey with cancer and beyond.
